Due to their size, roof racks and cargo boxes typically ship via specialized freight and arrive within 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for smaller accessories.
Do I need professional tools for installation?
Most of our roof rack systems are designed for DIY installation and include all necessary Allen keys or torque tools. No drilling or permanent vehicle modification is usually required.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs for oversized items are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the roof racks lockable and secure?
