At Roof Rack Supplies, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your adventure needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the roof rack components are in their original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and tools included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement parts within 5 business days.
